Tara River Gorge and the Famous Djurdjevica Bridge

Located 172 meters above the gorge, the Djurdjevica Bridge is a unique sight above the Tara River Gorge. Constructed between 1938 and 1940, this 365-meter-long bridge connects the villages of Budeševica and Trešnica. Despite its narrow width, the bridge has become one of the Balkans' most beautiful, with local legends suggesting fairies aided in its construction. Although it faced destruction during WWII, the bridge was meticulously restored from 1945 to 1946 and now stands as one of the most popular tourist attractions in Montenegro.

Experience the thrill of ziplining, a popular adrenaline activity, across the Tara River Gorge.

There are 3 different ziplines, so you can choose one that suites you the best. There is a `small` one, going parallel to the bridge. Built in 2013, this zipline reaches speeds of 50 km/h, providing an unforgettable experience. What sets it apart is the ability for two people to share the 700-meter-long double cord.

There is a longer one on the other side of the bridge which is more relaxed since you are sitting, about 800 meters long and fast enough so you can enjoy the mesmerizing views in front of you.

The third one is the longest one, going from one side of the river towards the bridge and the other side. It goes 1050 m across the river at speeds that go up to 120 km/h! This adrenaline-filled zipline across Canyon Tara is classed as one of the fastest and longest in the world. A real treat for the greatest lovers of extreme adventures and wild nature. This is also the scariest one for all our guests, but if you love adventure, make sure you don`t miss it!
